|  | Our approach is to tackle project risks as early as possible in a project trajectory. Pretty typically, one of theses hazards is the evolution of project specifications over time. Yet project specifications change is an expected and normal phenomenon driven by change or discovery of new value elements - part of our ultimate goal. Instead of avoiding change or - worse - ignoring it, we have incorporated this element in our project pattern by splitting each realization in looping cycles.
